NULOR private beta, version 0.1.0
NULOR is an AI nutrition coach, currently in a small private beta. If something is broken, confusing, or just annoying, we want to hear it.
The fastest way to reach us
Inside the app: Profile → Send feedback.
It takes a sentence. Pick a category, type what happened, send. The app version and the screen you were on are attached automatically, which saves the back-and-forth of working out which build you were using.
Your food diary, weight history and coach conversations are not attached.
By email
contact@dossdangroup.com
If you email, it helps enormously to include the build number from Profile → Version. It is the difference between "the scanner froze" and "the scanner froze on 0.1.0 (3) on Android".
Common questions
Is my weight going up? The app says my trend is down. The trend is a smoothed line, not your last weigh-in. A scale moves with water, salt and meal timing, so NULOR deliberately does not react to a single measurement. Both numbers are on the Progress screen: the trend, and your latest weight.
Why does my average say "on days with food logged"? Because that is what it is. NULOR will not average across days you did not log anything — a day with no food recorded is a day we know nothing about, not a day you ate nothing.
The coach did not answer. Try again with the retry button. If it keeps happening, send feedback — the build number tells us which provider path you were on.
A food I eat is not in the search. Tell us the exact word you typed. NULOR has a Spanish and Latin American alias layer, and the fastest fix is usually adding the term you actually use.
Nutrition numbers look wrong. Send feedback with the product name. NULOR prefers what is printed on the package over its own arithmetic, so a wrong number is usually a wrong lookup rather than a wrong calculation — and those are fixable.
Deleting your account
Profile → Delete account, inside the app.
This removes your account and everything attached to it — profile, weights, body composition, goals, plans, meals, coach conversations, preferences, health disclosures, diagnostics and feedback. It cascades and is not reversible.
What NULOR is not
NULOR is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It will not help you plan an unsafe calorie intake, and it will decline to set weight-loss targets in circumstances where doing so would be inappropriate. If you have a medical question, ask a doctor or a registered dietitian.
